What We Hold

Your name, your email address, your suburb, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself or your household. Everything you write stays in your own words, exactly as you wrote them.

Your Own Words Belong To You

Anything you write is yours. You may change it, hide it or take it away at any time. Where we offer you language for your own page, you approve every line before anybody sees it, and refusing is exactly as easy as accepting.

What We Never Do

We never sell your details. We never place tracking pixels in an email, and we never record whether you opened one. We never score you, rank you, or compare you with anybody else.

Your Location

We hold your suburb so a family nearby can find you. We never publish a pin on a map showing where a person lives. Anything shown on a map is shown at the level of a whole local government area.

Working With Children

Where your role requires a Working with Children Check, we confirm the number against the register in your own state. We hold the result and the expiry, and we show a family that you are verified rather than showing them your document.

Who Else Sees Anything

The people who need to: the payment service that takes a card, and the email service that carries a message. Each of them sees only the part they need.

Asking Us Anything

Write to us and a person answers. You may ask for a copy of everything we hold, or ask us to remove it.
